Barry Tischler

After graduating from The University of Western Ontario with distinction in 2008, Barry’s career in public accounting began at another mid-sized CA firm. During this time, he gained excellent experience working with companies and individuals operating in industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, not-for-profits, agriculture, and technology.

Barry joined Deeth & Co. LLP in August 2013, after earning his CA designation in 2012, to focus on providing assurance, tax and accounting services to smaller companies and not-for-profit organizations. Barry is now the firm’s quality assurance leader for audit and review engagements and conducts research for the firm when complex accounting issues arise. He also mentors new co-op students as well as prospective CAs who are writing their professional examinations.
